It turns out Cleveland’s industrial nature has a soft side to it. This oversized throw-blanket features the artwork “Fugue” a hyper-color photograph of the detailed engineering of the Willow Street lift bridge. The title reflects what I was feeling at the time staring into the repetition of steel beams. I imagined the pattern extending into infinity in all directions. I didn’t imagine it being perfect for a throw-blanket, but here we are. It is.
